Fujiyama is a japanese restaurant located at Summer Hill. I ordered tempura udon, cooked salmon sushi, and for desert green tea ice cream. It was lovely and the servers were nice :) If you're near by check it out some time.
I give it 8/10 ♡♡♡♡♡

Last stop Los Angeles

We were only in Los Angeles for 3 days, so we tried to get a lot of things done.
- First we went on a tour on the the hollywood hills and saw a great few of downtown LA.
- Then we went to Universal Studios and went on every single ride and show except for the haunted house haha. IT WAS BOILING HOT and I was wearing black (black attracts the sun- lol science)
- Then we did some last minute shopping at the grove
- and lastly just before we gone to the the airport, we got our nails done at 'ESNAILS' which you should all definitely check out. It's pretty expensive but it was totally worth it as you can do custom nails and plus the workers were very nice :) I went a little cray on the bling.

Visiting family at Chicago

During our stay in Chicago, we got to go see some interesting places. We went to a park which had the Big Bean and we took A LOT of pictures. We also got to watch a baseball game - Cubs VS Pirates - Cubs lost ahahha. We also did a ton of shopping for ourselves and for the people back home. When we were shopping it felt like we were back at pitt street. We then visited the Willis tower where we experienced the sky deck. I conquered my fear of heights again! The sky deck is like a box and the floor is see-through. When I was standing on the sky deck I could not move ... but it was fun haha

Now our last stop was Los Angeles :( ... xx

Driving from to Washington

Now before we went to Washington, we stopped over at Pennsylvania and we stayed at a luxurious hotel. The people were so nice! When I said 'thank you', they would ALWAYS reply with, 'You are very welcome'. Hahaha I don't know why we found that weird but yeah we weren't used to it. During our stay, we had a spa day. IT WAS SO RELAXING. We relaxed in the spa and I had a foot massage. It felt like all my worries drifted away. I wish I could go back...

After that, we finally arrived to Washington and we got to see the White House. As we were about to leave we got to see the helicopter fly away from the White House, which meant the president was leaving.

Next stop was Chicago to visit some family :) xx

First stop New York

So one of the biggest things so far that has happened to me in 2013 was one of the things in my bucket list which was to be able to travel across America. Instead of a debut for my 18th which is a huge filipino tradition, I decided to spend my money on traveling to America. The 4 places I visited were New York, Washington, Chicago and Los Angeles. It was absolutely amazing.

First stop New York

The flight from Australia was painful. It was a 14 hour flight to LA for a stop over and 5 more hours to head to New York. I always have a hard time sleeping in planes and the food was horrid but other than that the excitement got my hyped.
We arrived at our hotel around 12 am and we were extremely exhausted but we were also hungry. We went outside a found a pizza shop that sold $1 which were huge compared to Australia :( Our tummies were happy haha

On the first day we visited Times Square, it was packed full of people. There were so much lights, mascots, commercials, and shops everywhere. It was busy but it was a sight to see. There was so many things I wanted to do but so little time. Immediately we went shopping, forever 21 got my dizzy from all the stuff and all I got was ear rings and rings. The pricing of the clothes compared to Australia was almost the same and that's why I didn't buy as much as I wanted to but the make up compared to Australia is shockingly lower. It was almost about 50% lower and that's when we went crazy shopping for makeup.  At night we went on a beautiful cruise on the Hudson River. It was breath taking.

The next few days we visited places such as Central Park, the graffiti in Queens, NBC Studios, and we watched the musicals that I've always wanted to see which was 'Wicked' ---> it was wicked.

On our last day in New York, I tried to conquer my fear of heights by experiencing a helicopter ride. My cousin tricked me into going on the front seat of the helicopter. At first I was so scared but as we took of I couldn't help but be blown away by the view of New York. I'm so glad I did it.

Then our next stop was washington... xx
